Attend one hour training session before first shift. Work at the Delta Bingo Hall representing Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara Falls to assist keeping the hall tidy while people are playing. Assist people in the hall as required. Shifts are 2.5 hours long from 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm on Thursdays. Some months there are two shifts, other months only one. Accept shifts as your schedule permits. T-shirt will be provided.

Facilitate (with a Co-mentor) 8-10 sessions to teach young boys about Healthy Eating, Active Living, Wise Decision Making, and Developing a Positive Self-Esteem. The program typically runs after school, lasting about two hours, with 8-12 boys in each group. 
 
The program is designed to be FUN and interactive through games, discussions and snack time.

Mentor a child one hour per week, during school hours. Be a positive and supportive role model to a child. All visits occur during the school year, and on school property. Meet with your 'mentee' one hour per week and engage in fun, social activities - such as games, gym time, reading, puzzles, computers, crafts, baking etc. 
 
This minimal time investment will have a lifetime impact on a child. A little time can make a BIG difference.
