Volunteers assist the EarlyON Centre staff by caring for children while their parents attend a variety of life skills programs or parenting groups offered at Bethlehem.They also help provide social/recreational programming to the After School Club. 
 
EarlyON Centre (for children ages 0 to 6): 
Mon-Thu from 9 am-12 noon  
Mon-Thu from 1 pm-4 pm 
Fri from 9 am-12 noon 
 
After School Club (for children ages 6-12): 
Thu from 3:30 pm-4:30 pm

Game Leader/Coach/Assistant Coach for Co - Ed Youth programs U3 to U18 Outdoor. 
 
Coach/Assistant for the U3/4 (Kinderkicks) and U5/6 (Mini Soccer): Teaching a variety of skills of soccer for a 30-minute practice prior to a 30-minute game every Saturday morning for 10 to 12 weeks. 
 
For Coaching/Assistant coaching U7/8, U9/10, U11/12, U13/15 or U16 and Up:  
2 Hours per week minimum for 12 to 14 weeks. 
Teaching a variety of skills and drills for a 1 hr. practice each week on the weeknight of your choice and an assigned field of your choice. Coach a 1hr game on Saturday mornings and possibly some week nights throughout the summer for our Outdoor House League Program.

The position of the literacy volunteer supports the Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara Region’s literacy program for young children aged four to ten who are at risk of reading difficulties due to a potential learning disability. This literacy program is designed to motivate and help children gain confidence and academic success in reading.
