DutiesGame Leader/Coach/Assistant Coach for Co - Ed Youth programs U3 to U18 Outdoor. 
Coach/Assistant for the U3/4 (Kinderkicks) and U5/6 (Mini Soccer): Teaching a variety of skills of soccer for a 30-minute practice prior to a 30-minute game every Saturday morning for 10 to 12 weeks. 
For Coaching/Assistant coaching U7/8, U9/10, U11/12, U13/15 or U16 and Up:  
2 Hours per week minimum for 12 to 14 weeks. 
Teaching a variety of skills and drills for a 1 hr. practice each week on the weeknight of your choice and an assigned field of your choice. Coach a 1hr game on Saturday mornings and possibly some week nights throughout the summer for our Outdoor House League Program.

BenefitsHigh School Students can obtain the necessary Volunteer hours required for Graduation as well as a letter of acquisition. 
Great for College or University Students to put on application forms or even Job resumes. 
NFSC will provide a letter of recommendation for all our volunteers. 
Obtain valuable work-related experience by learning new skills and new interests (great for Early Childhood Education Students or Sports/Rec and Leisure students) 
Lastly but most importantly, gaining personal satifaction by helping children/youth, others and giving back to your community!!

Commitment LengthMedium Term (4 months to 1 year) - We start our program the weekend after the May long weekend and usually end in middle to late August. ; End of May to the middle or end of August for our Outdoor House League Program.
Interaction LevelSmall Group - Team sizes can vary from 10 children to 18 depending on the age division. ; Interaction Level would be high. These are children and youth you would be working with and your attention would be required while you were with them.
