| Description (Service) | COVID-19: Visits have been reduced to 1 hour. A safe, neutral, and comfortable environment for either an exchange of children between parents, or supervised visits with non-custodial parents to take place. Supervised Exchanges When family members are unable to communicate or come in contact with one another, Pathstone provides a neutral, supervised location for children to be transferred from one parent to another for visits. Parents do not come in contact with one another when the child is picked up or returned. Staff communicate child related information between parents such as medication, health or behavioural concerns. Supervised Visits In a group setting, Pathstone provides a safe, neutral location for non-custodial parents to spend time with their children while custody and visitation issues are being resolved. Visits are fully supervised by trained staff/volunteers to ensure children are safe and everyone is comfortable. Staff encourage positive parent / child interaction and will intervene only if required. |

| Eligibility | Referral may be voluntary or by court order. Both the custodial and visiting parents / guardians must agree prior to acceptance into the program. Supervised visitation and exchange services are available on a voluntary basis or by Court Order. |
| Application | Registration forms must be completed by both parties online from the website prior to intake. A comprehensive intake process precedes the start of any service, and usually takes two weeks to complete. |
