| Description (Service) | Provides information and education about Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (formerly known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) * offers support to individuals living with CRPS/RSD, their families and friends * PARC is a member of the International CRPS Recovery Study research team studying patients in 8 countries. Services include: *information and education on CRPS *support groups (in certain areas) or SKYPE, phone/email support *self-management program which teaches patients to manage their illness and problem solve daily issues in a positive manner *recommends health care professionals who treat and manage CRPS/RSD. *raises public awareness of early recognition and diagnosis of CRPS *raises funds for CRPS research in Canada |

| Fees | Membership ; Deluxe Membership fee $35/yr includes triannual newsletter, Survivor Club, ALERTS, Self Management Program for CRPS and PARC Forum. Optional newsletter for only $25/year. Newsletter is review of current CPS issues and treatments. All memberships are tax deductible. |
