Description (Service) Provides information and education about Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (formerly known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy) * offers support to individuals living with CRPS/RSD, their families and friends * PARC is a member of the International CRPS Recovery Study research team studying patients in 8 countries.  
Services include: 
*information and education on CRPS 
*support groups (in certain areas) or phone/email support 
*self-management program which teaches patients to manage their illness and problem solve daily issues in a positive manner 
*recommends health care professionals who treat and manage CRPS/RSD. 
*raises public awareness of early recognition and diagnosis of CRPS 
*raises funds for CRPS research in Canada; currently raising funds for Montreal Research

Fees Membership ; Deluxe Membership fee $35/yr includes triannual newsletter, Survivor Club, ALERTS, Self Management Program for CRPS (free call) and PARC Forum. Optional newsletter for only $25/year. All mmberships are tax deductible.

Funding Donations ; Memberships are tax deductible. Donations are fully tax deductible. If requested, a card will be sent to the honoree or person in whose name the donation was made. The donor will receive the receipt and acknowledgment by mail.  
Donations help with sending packages to patients, maintaining the HELP LINE and website. Donations help contribute to funding events and research.
Meetings The support groups are for anyone with chronic pain and CRPS. Call for details and to ensure the meeting is on.
