Description (Service) | COVID-19 - All regular services are being provided via telephone and other virtual means. The office space is closed and there are currently no in-person services. Provides information, facilitates referrals, and connects people to child and youth mental health, developmental and autism services (including services for those experiencing emotional and/or behaviours difficulties) funded by the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) * Contact Niagara Resource Coordinators help an individual understand Ministry funded children's and developmental services and guide them through an interview process to identify and connect them to the services they want or need. Contact Niagara connects individuals looking for: * Assessment of Capabilities and Needs * Service Co-ordination * Expert Advice and Consultation * Children’s Mental Health Supports * Clinical Intervention/Counselling/Treatment * Family and Individual Support * Developmental Services * Autism Services * Dual Diagnosis Services |
