|Description (Service)||A local, environmental not-for-profit that promotes wise land stewardship and management practices. Committed to creating a healthy and sustainable rural and urban environment consisting of citizens who are knowledgeable and ecologically aware of land resource management.
The council aims to promote and enhance responsible land use practices through encouraging awareness of the range of values in the community; minimizing conflicts through information and communication; educating and providing the best information on responsible land management; and creating partnerships between landowners/land users/agencies and interest groups.
