|Description (Service)||Evaluate specific factors that contribute to a child's learning problems. Recommendations will be provided to address these problems.
Completed by a Psychometrist and includes clinical interviews and formalized testing using standardized assessment tools, a written report with findings, written and oral communication of results, and recommendations for intervention or placement, if appropriate.
Before the final report is released to the parent, the testing and consultation results are reviewed, approved, and signed by Pathstone's consulting psychologist who is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

|Application||To make a referral the parent/guardian can call Ulla at 905-688-6850, ext 109. After the necessary information is taken down, a Psychometrist will be assigned to the family. The family will then be contacted by the Psychometrist to set up appointments.|
|Fees||Service ; The cost of the assessment is $1600 which takes between 10-15 hours to complete depending on the complexity of the case. Parents' EAP plans are accepted. Psycho-educational assessments are recognized by Boards of Education for IEP purposes. EAP funding accepted.|
