Description (Service) A club for Aesthetics Group gymnastics for ladies . The club meets at the facility of the Energy Gym club on various days of the week.  
 
Also runs two children's rhythmic gymnastic classes at St Mark School in Beamsville on Thursday at 6.30 pm and at Mother Teresa school on Wednesday 6.30 afternoons. 
 
The Club is a member of the Ontario and Canadian Aesthetics Gymnastics Federations.

Eligibility Ages: 4.5 year(s) and up 
 
Children: will handle ball, ribbon etc. Also teach tumbling and other basic elements of gymnastics * Max age for children is 12.  
Ladies: earlier gymnastics on competetive level and/or dancing background
