Description (Service) COVID-19: In person services have resumed at Welland Ave, St Catharines location with physical distancing measures in place. Contact to book an appointment. Same day services continue to be available via phone and Ontario Telemedicine Network videoconferencing.  
 
The community resource centre makes a range of community resources accessible to individuals and their families. A Mental Health Counsellor is available to assist community members in accessing programs and services within CMHA and suggest resources in the broader community. Information and resources about mental illnesses can be obtained here.
