Description (Service) A community resource centre where people can come to get information and resources about mental illness and its effects * a broad range of community resources accessible for individuals and their families * a Mental Health Counsellor is available to assist members of the community in accessing programs and services in CMHA and within the community * group discussions are held on a regular basis to discuss relevant topics of interest.  
 
Also offers the Warm Line, a service in which trained volunteers make friendly telephone calls on a weekly basis to persons with mental illness who are isolated and need support. This is not a counselling service but an opportunity for friendly and supportive conversation.
