Description (Service) | 2017 CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
To register for Hampers which include ingredients to make a turkey dinner and special gifts: Grimsby Benevolent Fund 40 Elm St, Grimsby 905-309-5664 November 1-November 30, 2017 Monday-Friday 10 am-2 pm Grimsby residents must be fully certified for service. To register for service, the following documents are required to determine eligibility: - Identification for all household members - Proof of residency (rental agreement / mortgage statement) - Current rent receipt or property tax bill - Proof of income from all sources - Additional income information (e.g. Child Tax Benefit, Ontario Trillium Benefit). |
