Description (Service) COVID-19: Open for all patient visits and return to full medical care. Walk-in services available, please register at the front desk or through online portal. Patients will be asked to wait in car or outside to maintain social distancing. Returned to regular practice of not renewing medication by phone or fax. Flu shots available. Pneumonia shots available for those 65+ or with chronic medical conditions.  
 
Walk-in family practice and urgent care clinic. Medical staff assess and treat minor illnesses and injuries. 
 
Fast Web Check-in allows patients to check in on a computer, tablet, or smart phone.
