| Description (Service) | A ground level long-term care home connected to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Long term Care home licensed by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care with 24-hour nursing care and RN supervision * services available: * recreation * crafts * worship services * hair salon * library * sitting areas * dining areas, café, food services under the supervision of a dietitian * transportation available for resident outings Supportive housing units offered on site which allows couples needing different levels of care the opportunity to live together in the same location. Support groups for family members of residents who are cognitively impaired that provide support, advocacy, educational opportunities and facilitate communication between the home and family. Meetings are held regularly at Deer Park Villa. Please contact the Resident and Family Support Worker for further information. |
