Description (Service) Offers information on animal advocacy/welfare, educational material and books/AV materials, public forums including guest speakers, presentations, peaceful demonstrations, petitions, informational displays, humane education presentations, public advertising campaigns and referral for animal advocacy issues.  
Has a very limited fostering program. Unable to take animals for re-homing on a regular basis. Limited adoption programs; adoption form available on website. 
SNIP (Spay/Neuter Initiative Program) - Will assist low-income Niagara residents with the cost of spaying or neutering dogs, cats, rabbits and other domestic animals - when funds are available. Low-income earners are required to pay part of the fee for the procedure. Also assist/advise with feral cat colonies and barn homes and distress situations.
