Description (Service) | A Regional Community-Based Multi-disciplinary Treatment Team. Provides treatment, support, case management, and consultation for children ages birth to 18 with complex needs such as: complex co-morbid mental health issues, dual diagnoses, autism and or complex developmental concerns. Services are offered throughout the Niagara Region in family homes, schools and communities. It should be noted that MITT is a last resort service that takes referrals from agency case managers once all regional services have been exhausted and referrals for MITT go through Contact Niagara. |
