Description (Service) A weekly drop-in centre, providing women of all walks of life with a safe, welcoming and dignified environment.  
 
Provides practical assistance by providing the following free services:  
* Clothing closet  
* Haircuts, nails & waxing 
* Coffee, snacks, breakfast & lunch  
* Weekly craft corner  
* Special events  
* Access to a telephone and long distance  
* Fully staffed Day Care for preschool children (parent must stay within the building) 
* Afternoon workshops and classes 
 
The Plentiful Pantry provides small portion food items and household products at a suggested small donation. Laundry facilities and breast feeding support will be available starting in the Fall of 2017 
 
Accepts donations of women's or children's clothes in good repair. Also accept donations of linens, towels, dishes, books, pots, pans and other household items no bigger than a microwave.
