| Description (Service) | COVID-19: All in person Adult Day Programs have been temporarily suspended. All active clients are able to receive scheduled wellness telephone calls. Structured group and independent recreational programs are offered throughout the day. Programs are developed based on participant interests, skills, and abilities with the goal of encouraging physical, intellectual and social involvement. |
