Description (Service) COVID-19 - Primary Care services are open to essential Visits only. Non-essential appointments will be either postponed or done remotely by telephone. All group activities, Youth Hub services, Dental hygiene services and Foot care Services are cancelled. 
 
 
A multi-disciplinary agency serving the French speaking population and Exogame families of Niagara and Hamilton. Services offered include primary and community health care services, counselling and community initiatives, services for families with young children, services for seniors, Community Connections Mentorship Program and the Settlement Program.
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Eligibility No restrictions
Application All new clients must meet with the Central Intake worker. Self referrals for all programs except the Children's Mental Health Services. To access these programs call Contact Niagara at 905-684-3407 or 1-800-933-3617.
