| Description (Service) | A service club that works with youth in the area. Provides support to a number of non-profit agencies and community projects in the area. Some other projects include: * Infinity Play Place, an all-inclusive playground in Lester B Pearson Park, designed for all children where traditional play equipment is combined with specialized equipment for children with special needs or who are physically challenged. * Kiwanis Splash Pad * Sponsorship of the Kiwanis Park Apartments for seniors on Geneva St * Garden City Kiwanis Hockey at Bill Burgoyne Area - over 500 children each weekend during the fall and winter * Kiwanis Music Festival every spring * Lock 1 Theatre in Port Dalhousie * Assisting needy individuals with medical requests |
