| Description (Service) | A private counselling practice providing services for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. Will assist in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, relationship problems, trauma, school performance, parenting troubles and blended families. Provide Hold Me Tight workshops for couples 2 - 3x per year Utilizes clinical practices including: * Certified emotionally focused therapist for couples * Family therapy * Cognitive behavioural therapy/mindfulness practices * Solution-focused and narrative therapy techniques Also conducts private custody assessments and other separation/divorce services. |
