|Description (Service)||Provides primary healthcare to the residents of Niagara Falls along with health promotion programs and community development services. Patients have access to family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a dietitian and social workers. There is also a Health Promotion team that provides community programs and outreach support. Open to the community.

NFCHC priority population has been defined as:

* Newcomers to Canada
* People with physical disabilities

Gentle Fit Drop-In Group

Coffee Club Drop-In
Every Monday from 1:30-2:30pm at The HUB (4333 Queen St) and every Thursday from 10 am-11 am in the NFCHC basement for some friendly chat and community information. Call Lisa for details. Everyone is welcome.
Young & Pregnant
Every Thu from 3:30 pm-5:30pm, a prenatal program for expecting mothers up to the age 21. Call Nicole for details.
