Description (Service) A full service, private Occupational Therapy practice. Services are provided in clients homes, schools, group homes, senior residences, day care centres and other community settings. 
 
Services include: assessment and treatment * recommendations, consultations, screenings, letters of support * motor vehicle accident assessment and rehabilitation * ADP authorizer for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters and paediatric standing frames * driver assessment and rehabilitation * mental health * disability equipment acquisition and funding acquisition assistance
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
Eligibility Children, adults and seniors with: fine motor delays and/or, other areas of learning, physical or developmental difficulties and for children and adults recovering from motor vehicle accidents.
