Service and Access Details
Description (Service) Alternative to formal court proceedings for youth. A youth and their parent(s) or guardian will meet with a committee of community volunteers and/or the victim(s) to negotiate meaningful ways or "sanctions" for the youth to repair the harm caused.
Hours Office Mon-Wed 8:30 am-4:30 pm * Thurs 8:30 am-12 pm 
* Conference meetings are often scheduled outside of office hours
Eligibility Ages: 12 year(s) - 17 year(s) 
Application Referrals come from the Niagara Regional Police Services (NRPS) and the Crown Attorney.
