Service and Access Details
Description (Service) COVID-19: No in-person services offered until further notice. Youth are able to connect with a Youth Navigator via phone, text, or social media (Facebook or Instagram), Mon-Thu 12 noon-8 pm. The following services are currently being offered: clinical services (addictions counsellor and Nurse Practitioner); non-clinical services (youth outreach worker, employment and education support (including assistance applying for CERB, EI, etc.); drop in services (two remote sessions per week). Contact Shanen (4 pm-8 pm) or Deane (12 noon-8 pm) for a referral.  
 
A “one-stop-shop” for youth seeking services related to mental health, substance use, primary care, education, employment, housing and other community and social services. 
 
Contact Niagara is the administrative lead. YWHN is a network of Contact Niagara, John Howard, Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre, and Centre de Santé. The YWHN is one of 10 hubs in Ontario, under Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario.
