| Description (Service) | An interactive education and support program designed to increase housing stability through successful tenancies for both tenants and landlords across the province. RentSmart helps people find and keep good housing through a combined model that provides: a) comprehensive housing and life skills education with b) a graduate certificate that is recognized as a reference on housing applications, and c) coaching support to address housing issues as they arise. RentSmart is a train the trainer model that builds a community educator network across the province to deliver the curriculum to the client they serve. RentSmart Ontario is the partnered agent of Rent Smart Education and Support Society in Ontario. RentSmart Ontario is a consortium lead program managed by Community Care St Catharines and Thorold.
