Description (Service) A 4 semester, college level certificate program in an inclusive post-secondary learning environment with enhanced supports from Learning Facilitators.  
 
Designed specifically to support individuals with developmental disabilities and other significant learning challenges by creating the opportunity to experience college life through the enhancement of their employability, academic and social skills.  
 
The goals of the program are to: 
* Enhance academic and employability skills  
* Strengthen basic numeracy 
* Build communication skills 
* Increase technology skills 
* Build independence and advocacy 
* Build on professional and work ready skills 
* Develop time management and organizational skills
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals with developmental disabilities or other significant learning challenges who also possess:  
* An Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Ontario Secondary School Certificate (OSSC), Certificate of Accomplishment or equivalent, or Mature Student Status 
* A level of independence that does not require constant support or supervision 
* The ability to manage transportation to the College and to any field placements or off-campus activities
