Offers long term permanent affordable and/or subsidized housing with on-site support and advocacy services, information and referral, and connection to community services, social and recreational activities. Coordinated support services are provided for tenants and a Community Room provides space for both tenants’ programs and a meeting space for other non-profit groups. Four of the units are accessible and designed for persons with disabilities. |
