Description (Service) Long term care home licensed by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care with 24-hour nursing care and RN supervision.

Support groups for family members of residents who are cognitively impaired that provide support, advocacy, educational opportunities and facilitate communications between the home and family. Family meetings are held regularly at Northland Pointe. Contact the Resident and Family Support Worker for further information.
