| Description (Service) | COVID-19: Office hours and programs have been impacted. Please call for information. Provides support services to clients with life limiting and palliative care needs, while in their home or care facility. Visiting Volunteers bring a personal touch to the service through companionship by providing someone to talk with, do simple tasks such as reading, writing letters, organizing family photos. Caregiver support and relief programs are also available. Bereavement Support Groups and resources are available upon request. Legacy Program - A bound legacy booklet will be provided at the completion of this project. |
