Description (Service) Designated OHIP-funded outpatient clinic providing physiotherapy services for active rehabilitation, motor vehicle, work, sports injury, OHIP and private cases.
Hours Contact for information
Eligibility OHIP coverage provided for individuals:  
 
* with a valid OHIP card 
* with a physicians referral 
* 19 years and younger  
* 65 years and older  
* ODSP or Ontario Works recipients  
* any age after an overnight hospital stay for a condition requiring physiotherapy 
* have completed community based rehab after a total knee or hip replacement and its is deemed that more treatment is necessary
