Description (Service) Designated OHIP-funded outpatient clinic providing physiotherapy services
Hours Office Mon, Wed, Fri 7:30 am-12 noon, 1:30 pm-4:30 pm * Tue, Thu 2:30 pm-6:30 pm
Eligibility OHIP coverage provided for individuals:  
 
* 19 years and younger  
* 65 years and older  
* ODSP or Ontario Works recipients  
* any age after an overnight hospital stay for a condition requiring physiotherapy
Application Medical referral required for OHIP coverage * Call to make an appointment
