Description (Service) | COVID-19: The office is currently closed to the public and staff are working remotely. Tai Chi Exercise class has been put on hold while the office remains closed. Minds in Motion Exercise Class is currently being offered virtually through zoom every Wednesday - register online today via website. Group exercise class for adults living with early to mid-stage dementia or who are experiencing cognitive changes * Aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury * Followed by social activity * Participants encouraged to be accompanied by a care partner Minds in Motion Exercise Class * St Catharines YMCA, 25 YMCA Dr, St Catharines - Wed 1:30 pm-3:30 pm Tai Chi Exercise Class * Alzheimer Society of Niagara, 403 Ontario St Unit 1 - Tue, Thu 1:30 pm- 2:30 pm, coffee/social hour 2:30 pm-3:30 pm |
