Description (Service) Therapy/counselling for women and men who are struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, numb or having trouble managing emotions.  
 
Workshops and one-on-one sessions based on the work of Dr. Brené Brown offered. Also offers parenting workshops and groups with specific populations upon request. 
 
Parenting support is also available for those who struggle with children presenting with anxiety/depression or need guidance with managing misbehaviour and encouraging positive parenting.
