Service and Access Details
Description (Service) Two streams of service for youth requiring mental health and addictions treatment and support. Services are provided in the office, clients' homes, or at a location of client's choice in the community. 
Staff work with clients on their goals for recovery. Treatment, counselling, education, and support are provided. 
Treatment Stream: This service provides assessment, treatment, and counselling for young people 17 to 25 years of age experiencing emerging mental health or addiction concerns.  
Transition Support: This service offers transition support and help navigating the adult mental health system and community services. It provides service for youth 16 to 19 years of age with complex mental health or addiction issues who are moving into adult mental health and addiction services.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility Treatment Stream
* Ages 17-25 
* No prior child/youth mental health treatment 
* Individual does not meet criteria for other mental health and addiction services 
Transition Support
* Ages 16-19 
* Clients who are no longer eligible for youth mental health or addiction services due to age
Application Call for intake. Anyone can make a referral or inquiry for themselves or for someone else.
