|Description (Service)||Provides a wide range of services for adults and children living at home.
Community Participation Programs: Adult Day Programs, Family Support Program for children and adults - includes accessing community services, case management, Person Centred Plans, respite supports and Special Services at Home.
Indirect Services: provides linkages to assessment & treatment services, counseling services, educational programs, financial benefit programs, parent groups, protection services, recreation programs, social club, volunteer services and other agency programs.
Sep-May Activity and Youth Program: In partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Niagara, an integrated After School Program for children that takes place at the Centre for Community Living and provides the opportunity for interaction with neighbourhood children allowing the child to further his or her growth and development.
