| Description (Service) | Offers physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work services and educational classes to anyone with a diagnosis of arthritis. Appointments will assist with and address the following: * How to deal with pain * Understanding arthritis medications * Exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness * Dealing with fatigue * New ways to do activities that will minimize stress on joints * Ways to cope with the emotional impact of arthritis |
