Description (Service) Registered Nurse (RN) providing basic and advanced foot and wound care in client's homes. Home visiting services for other health care needs.
Hours Mon-Thu 9 am-4 pm * Fri by appointment
Eligibility Ages: 6 year(s) and up 
 
Anyone unable to reach their toes, including but not limited to: diabetics, blind and pregnant women * Visiting Nurse service for any health care needs, vital signs health assessment, wound care etc
