Description (Service) Food skills program for youth to learn how to prepare tasty and nutritious meals and snacks. Along with recipe preparation, youth are taught food skills such as kitchen safety and food safety. Run by trained leaders from community agencies or schools, with Niagara Region Public Health providing half day training for interested leaders.
