Service and Access Details
Description (Service) Food literacy program designed to help develop the skills and confidence necessary for children, youth and adults to prepare healthy and tasty recipes emphasizing vegetables and fruit. Participants learn and practice a variety of food skills, kitchen safety and food safety. Run by leaders from community agencies or schools who attend a half day training session provided by Niagara Region Public Health.

Eligibility Ages: 10 year(s) and up
