Description (Service) Provides home health care services * All services are provided by a fully trained and bonded Home Instead Senior Care Caregiver. 
 
Services include:  
* home helper and companionship care 
* medication reminders 
* meal preparation 
* light housekeeping 
* personal care 
* incidental transportation and appointment accompaniment in client vehicle or by use of public transit 
* respite care 
* palliative care 
* Alzheimer and dementia care 
* help with transitioning home after a hospital stay 
* also provide services to those with a disability or illness requiring assistance 
* regular quality assurance visits conducted
Hours Mon-Sun 24 hours
Eligibility People in need of personalized, one on one, support services who live independantly, in retirement communities, in long term care or are currently hospitalized.
