Description (Service) A dynamic community-based rehabilitation team * Provides occupational therapy, speech-language pathology services, physiotherapy, nutrition services and social work * Assessments, treatments and education are provided in the home, community settings, school or workplace * Also providing Neuro Rehabilitation * Work Site Assessments (PDAs) * Auto Insurance Claims
