Description (Service) Animal shelter for stray and abandoned animals that provides quarantine facilities; pound services for municipalities; investigates animal cruelty and neglect complaints; has homeless and abandoned animals available for adoption; provides animal transportation services; and animal control bylaw enforcement services. Also provides humane euthanasia services for pets, Niagara's only pet cemetery and offers private cremation services for pets.

Operate a mobile spay neuter animal clinic for First Nations, feral groups and low income 
 
Emergency on call services provided 24hrs a day for injured animals and cruelty complaints.
Hours Mon-Fri 10 am-5 pm, Sat 10 am-4 pm, Sun 12 noon-3 pm

Funding Provide animal cruelty investigations. The housing and caring for abandoned and stray unclaimed animals is provided until the animals can be adopted into good homes, and is supported only through donations by the public. The shelter's emergency animal relief fund to care for sick and injured animals beyond the regular care is supported by fundraisers and public donations
