| Description (Service) | COVID-19: In person services have resumed at Welland Ave, St Catharines location with physical distancing measures in place. Contact to book an appointment. Same day services continue to be available via phone and Ontario Telemedicine Network videoconferencing. Mental health, addictions and situational support * mental health counsellors available to assist individuals in meeting non-emergency, non-medical urgent needs for problem solving and/or goal setting * linking to appropriate community supports and bridging to longer term resources * follow-up services provided as needed |
