Service and Access Details
Description (Service) Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence 
 
Courses available in communications (English), mathematics, computer applications, biology, chemistry, and physics. 
 
Day and evening classes available at the Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus and Welland Campus. Day classes are offered in cooperation with Port Cares, 92 Charlotte St, Port Colborne and with the Fort Erie Native Friendship Centre, 796 Buffalo Rd Fort Erie.

Eligibility Ontario residents 19 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum * must have facility in English
