|Description (Service)||An exercise program that helps improve and maintain strength, prevent age-related muscle loss, and build balance.
Delivered by trained instructors in locations throughout Niagara, this program supports overall health by providing access to educational and other resources that will help maintain long-term independence.
The program uses equipment and exercise techniques that will help improve movement, stay independent, improve balance and stability, reduce risk of injury.
The group sessions will improve the ability to perform activities of daily living (house and yard work, washing/drying cloths, etc.), balance and posture to reduce risk of falling and improve confidence to get around
