| Description (Service) | COVID-19: In person services have resumed at Welland Ave, St Catharines location with physical distancing measures in place. Contact to book an appointment. Same day services continue to be available via phone and Ontario Telemedicine Network videoconferencing. Provides individual brief solution-focussed counselling sessions with a mental health counsellor. Group counselling is also offered with themes such as life skills, illness management and recovery, behaviour therapy, anxiety, depression, substance use, and suicide. |
