Description (Service) COVID-19: Peer groups and monthly concussion awareness sessions, along with Clubhouse activities and events will be held virtually until further notice. Office and Clubhouse remain closed, however phone calls and emails will be returned by staff.  
 
Support, advocacy, information, referral and recreational activities for persons affected by acquired brain injuries and their families.  
 
* Peer groups and seasonal outings. Offers a clubhouse with members only activities and events.  
* Monthly concussion awareness sessions 
* Monthly concussion peer support group (must be 1-3 years post injury and 19 years of age or over)
Hours Office Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm  
Clubhouse Mon-Thu 10 am-4 pm
Eligibility Ages: 19 year(s) and up 
 
Individuals with an acquired brain injury and their families/caregivers
Application Call for information about membership intake process. Must be member to participate in activities and events.
