Description (Service) The City of St Catharines offers a variety of recreational facilities. 
ARENAS AND ICE RINKS: four arenas with eight ice pads throughout the city 
Arenas and Ice Rinks 
POOLS AND SPLASH PADS: one year-round indoor pool and four outdoor pools that operate only during the summer, as well as two splash pads that operate from late May to September

* St Catharines Kiwanis Acquatics Centre 
COURTS AND PLAYING FIELDS: Offers playing fields for baseball, softball, soccer and football * has an artificial turf field to accommodate soccer, football and field hockey * operates 20 basketball courts and 30 lighted tennis courts

Fees Outdoor Pool Fees: single entry pool fees for 2016 are $2.25 for children and youth (3-18), $3.50 for adults (19 and older), $2.25 for older adults (60 and older), and $9.25 for families.  
Public Skate Fees / Pool Fees: single entry outdoor pool fees for 2016 are $2.50 for children and youth (3-18), $3.75 for adults (19 and older), $2.50 for older adults (60 and older), and $10 for families.
